1. How fast can I get my custom socks?

Our standard production time is typically 7-10 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

2. I am anxious about bulk orders. Can I see a design proof before ordering?

Most definitely! We send our customers their final design proof within 1-2 days. Our production cannot start without your final design approval. So, relax and envision that custom pet sock you ordered or a unique sweatband. We got you!

3. What’s the quality of your material like?

With 27+ years of sock production experience, we provide the most high-quality custom socks! From organic cotton to polyester to spandex – we offer the best fabric to ensure maximum comfort, snug fit, and durability!

4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We usually make 100 pairs for each design, however, we have no minimum order quantity. We can make 50, 30, or even a single pair for our customers, however, there might be an additional small order charge to cover shipping charges for orders less than 10. For larger orders, there are no restrictions as long as you check for our bulk packages and their availability! Just drop us a message!

5. Can I design each sock in a pair differently?

Yes! Flaunt your creativity with different personalized socks with photos, artwork, and colours. Just don’t forget to specify the details and preferences for each sock!
